[Ventricular tachycardia and premature ventricular contraction/

1) Idiopathic ventricular tachycardia
Medicinal treatment (symptomatic therapy): involves the use of  medications to  prevent or treat an arrhythmic episode.
Catheter ablation (permanent therapy): involves cauterization of the site that causes the episode. 

2) Ventricular tachycardia with organic cardiac heart disease
Implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD treatment): used for cases of ventricular tachycardia with organic cardiac heart disease with reduced cardiac function. 
Catheter ablation (permanent therapy): used for cases of ventricular tachycardia that  frequently occur after ICD implantation or without reduced cardiac function.
Medicinal treatment (symptomatic therapy): used for cases  of ventricular tachycardia after ICD implantation or without reduced cardiac function.
